Villa Luna Blu is a practical two-storey flat located in Trabia (PA) and situated a few minutes from the sea in a quiet area. A beautiful outdoor area, for shared use with the other flat in the building, completes the structure with an in-ground swimming pool. In the outdoor space by the swimming pool there is a corner necessary to enrich the days by the pool in company. There is also a barbecue area, ideal for spending evenings outdoors with family or friends after a day at the beach or visiting the beautiful seaside villages. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room complete with kitchen adjacent to the outdoor area, bathroom, laundry room and a one and a half sofa bed with wall-mounted Smart TV. On the upper floor there is a living area and a bedroom with a double bed overlooking a terrace with a view of the pool and the hillside panorama of Sant'Onofrio. Also on the upper floor is a room with three beds and also equipped with a wall-mounted Smart TV and bathroom with shower. There is no lack of convenience and comfort to spend beautiful days inside the structure but also outside in the nearby marinas of Trabia and San Nicola where it is possible to make excursions to the beautiful neighbouring coastline.Located along the northern coast of Sicily, between Palermo and Cefalù, Trabia is a place that offers a perfect combination of nature, culture and authenticity. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
