The villa was designed by Arch. Prof. Walter Angonese and artistically designed by the artist Manfred Alois Mayr. It is a modern piece of jewellery, but one that has its roots in the architectural past. The open-plan dining and living area offers a view of the surrounding mountains, the fragrant herb garden and the terrace, which is shaded by blue rain. A cosy patio invites you to enjoy the dolce vita.Top floorThis floor is completely taken up by the large master bedroom with free-standing bathtub.Garden & poolIn addition to the extensive Mediterranean garden, the exclusive pool is the highlight of the outdoor area. From Easter to the end of October, the pool can be heated if required and you can swim in chlorine-free saltwater.SaunaThe villa has a Finnish/bio sauna.FacilitiesAll the amenities of modern living are available, including WLAN, air conditioning, washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, flat-screen TV, fireplace, outdoor barbecue, table football, sauna towels, bath towels, bathrobes, etc.There are 2 parking spaces in our own underground car park and a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).In addition to the extensive Mediterranean garden, the exclusive pool is the highlight of the outdoor area. From Easter to the end of October, the pool can be heated if required and you can swim in chlorine-free brine water.ART IN CONSTRUCTIONArchitect Angonese knew how to play with the elements of tradition and reinterpret local shapes, colours and materials. His particular focus was on preserving privacy and at the same time harmonising with the wonderful landscape that surrounds it.Through the arrangement of windows and openings, Angonese has created perspectives that in themselves amount to an artistic intervention.His congenial partner in this interplay of colour and form was the artist Manfred Alois Mayr, who designed a unique colour concept that gives the villa its unmistakable character.The oxide red of the steep rock faces of the Mendel Mountains gives the plasterwork a hint of Andalusian sunshine, while lime white, sulphur yellow and vine black are reminiscent of the local viticulture and noble ultramarine blue and gold bear witness to the villa's aristocratic origins and extravagant past.The result of their interplay, embedded in a lovely landscape and surrounded by magnificent residences, vineyards and sacred buildings, is a small Garden of Eden that makes you say: "This is where I want to be, this is where I want to stay."ENVIRONMENTVilla Baronessina is located on the edge of the historic centre of the wine village of Kaltern am See. Shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, wine shops and a public bus stop are all within a 2-3 minute walk. Nevertheless, your privacy is absolutely guaranteed. Kaltern am See is located in South Tyrol, a land at the crossroads of German and Italian culture. It is also a land of scenic extremes. Rugged and barren, with the Dolomites (UNESCO natural heritage), where mountaineering legend Reinhold Messner earned his first spurs, and the eternal ice, where the 5000-year-old glacier mummy "Ötzi" was found.The landscape in the south is characterised by picturesque wine villages, imposing castles and numerous historic residences. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
