The Torre holiday flat is located in the oldest part of the house and is furnished with traditional farm furniture. It is divided into two levels and can accommodate up to seven people. In the kitchen-living room there is a sofa bed for a child.The house is a short walk from the archaeological site of Carsulae, an ancient Roman city, and 2 km from Portaria, a medieval village. The nearest town, where there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank and post office, is Acquasparta (5 km). Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
