The flat is located on the first floor (piano nobile) of no. 92 Via Garibaldi.It consists of an entrance hall from which the living area is accessed to the right; opposite and to the left is the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms: a master bedroom with a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub and another smaller double bedroom.The flat can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, 4 in the double bedrooms and 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.The living area consists of a large room where there is the kitchen and the living room divided by an Art Nouveau window made by local craftsmen. Adjacent to the living room, where there is a TV, is another bathroom with shower and washing machine.This holiday home is located in the historic centre of Città della Pieve, a charming Umbrian town that is the birthplace of the 16th-century painter Pietro Vannucci, known as 'Perugino'.
