Please note that without these documents, we will not be able to allow you access to the accommodation. In the reason for the transfer, please indicate the name of the flat and the dates of your stay.Bicycle rental, on the other hand, can be paid in cash directly on site before use.Check-inCheck-in is available 24 hours a day.The accommodations have a Boxkey, where you will find the keys.A few hours before your arrival you will receive the opening code via WhatsApp.(If you do not have the app, we recommend you install it to facilitate communication! )Inside the accommodation, on the kitchen table, you will find documents to sign in duplicate: one copy will remain with you, the other will be retained by us.For any needs, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp: it is the easiest and most immediate way to keep in touch with us. Using the Washing MachineThe first wash (max. 60 minutes) is free of charge.The washing machine is managed via Wi-Fi, so we can monitor the number and duration of the cycles.If the programme is changed or prolonged, the washing machine will automatically stop and no laundry can be retrieved without our intervention.LinenWe do not provide bed linen or towels, you will find pillows and a hygienic mattress cover.However, you can request it before your arrival and it will remain the same as provided for the duration of your stay. We recommend that you inform us before each use and set up a short wash at full load. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
