The complex is very safe, as only the access road is passable by car, many internal roads are pedestrian and cycle paths.At the resort there is a mini market, restaurant-pizzeria and bar.The nearest beach is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot.The centre of San Benedetto with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800 m away.While the centre of Peschiera del Garda is 1.5 km away. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
