This holiday home is an oasis of peace: nestled between green meadows and trees in the hilly landscape, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda. You are located away from the centre of the small village, so the hustle and bustle is always far away and the lake is still close by. The surrounding area offers numerous day trips to enchanting little towns with many monuments, castles, natural beauties, leisure parks and shopping centres.The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the two-storey house and has a living space of 75 m². It is cosily furnished in a country house style. Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living and dining area, a small separate kitchen and a shower room with washing machine and WC. In the first bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 180 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 100 cm x 200 cm. In the living area, you can sit comfortably on a sofa next to the fireplace and relax after a day out. The dining area is also integrated into the living area, with a corner bench and two chairs for eating together. The kitchen with a small kitchenette allows you to easily prepare your own meals with a three-burner gas hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a toaster. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
