The flat is located in Đuba, a quiet area just 2 km from the centre of Umag.The flat for up to 5 people is located on the ground floor of a family house in which another flat for up to 3 people is rented.The owners live with a dog.The flat with its own entrance has one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), where an extra bed for a child can be added, bed linen (weekly change), two bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe.The second bedroom has two single beds (2x80x200), bed linen (changed weekly) and a bedside table with bedside lamp.The complete bathroom with shower, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, WC, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly).From the bathroom access to the living area with kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses.The dining area has a table and 3 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning and free WiFi.The barbecue area with gazebo and garden furniture and free parking are available for shared use in the enclosed garden.The area of Đuba is located 2 km from the centre of Umag and is popular with tourists due to its proximity to natural beaches, bars, grocery shops and restaurants.The area is sunny and surrounded by greenery, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life.The neighbourhood consists of private houses with fenced gardens.The restaurant is within walking distance from the house, the public playground for children in front of the house, the nearest rocky beach Sveti Pelegrin (Zlatorog) at 600 m, the natural rocky beach and sand Sveti Ivan at 700 m, where you can also find the grocery shop and a bar.In the centre of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground by the water. To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or evenings out. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun, the typical medieval town on a hill, known for the film festival that takes place every year at the end of July. The village of Livade is well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the Brijuni National Park, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). To visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag to the delight of children and the Dinopark in Funtana is guaranteed fun. For gourmets, various opportunities for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
