The complex is ideally located just 3 kilometres from picturesque beaches and the historic old town, making your stay both relaxing and varied.

The Lavandel bungalow is located on the ground floor and offers a cosy interior of approx. 45 m², ideal for up to 4 people. With two bedrooms, a dining room including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle) as well as satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and WC, this bungalow leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a very intimate terrace in the garden for private moments in the open air. Your comfort is important to us, which is why each accommodation unit has a parking space reserved for your car and bicycles.

In the outdoor area of Residence Felix, you can relax in a beautiful, well-tended garden landscape. A shared, heated pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing dip, while children can have fun in the playground. A barbecue and a gazebo with garden furniture are available for socialising, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings and celebrate the local cuisine.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
