Beautiful Villa Perhat is located only a short drive from the tourist hostspot of Istria - Porec, as well as from the charming hilltop town of Visnjan. The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 persons, which makes it ideal for larger groups.It consists from two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a luxury living room, a dining room and a small but fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an ensuite bathroom. A glas wall lets in a lot of light during the day and allows you to directly access the terrace and the pool area. The first floor apartment also has a living/dining area where you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Here you will find 3 more bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The largest bedroom has a private balcony from where you can enjoy a view of the surrounding and the pool area. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
