This stylish villa with a large infinity pool is situated on a wonderful plot in a quiet location on the outskirts of the Istrian village of Stokovci, municipality of Svetvincenat.This modern villa offers you everything you want to experience during your holiday - relaxation, sunbathing by the inviting 10 x 4 m infinity pool with massage jets, barbecue fun in the covered terrace area and sporting activities on the private, fenced and illuminated playing field. The comfortable villa extends over two floors and, with its open-plan concept and extra-high ceilings, offers an open feeling of space. It opens up to the pool and sun terrace with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. On the ground floor is the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa area, satellite TV and Playstation 4, a large dining table for 8 people, the fully equipped, modern kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc., one bedroom with 200 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, access to the sun terrace and pool, one bedroom with 200 x 200 cm double bed, divisible into two single beds, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with 180 x 200 cm double bed with integrated bathroom, a fitness/games room with table football and fitness equipment, an additional bathroom with washing machine. A beautiful cantilevered staircase takes you to the upper floor with 2 further large bedrooms, beds 200 x 200 cm each, with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. From here you can enjoy a sweeping view of the green, unspoilt countryside. A maximum of 2 baby travel cots with blankets and a maximum of 3 baby chairs are available on request. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with heating function. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.The property is completely surrounded by an Istrian stone wall and an electric gate, offering you unique privacy for your holiday. You can relax by the large infinity pool with massage jets and then sunbathe on the terrace. Comfortable loungers and lounge furniture with cushions and parasols are available for this purpose. In the evening, you can barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen and sit comfortably at the large dining table. There is a sports and playing field measuring 15 x 7.5 metres and a large garden with a lawn and swings for your children and sporty types. Your cars are parked in three car parks, two of which have sun roofs, also on the property. A free private charging point is available for your electric vehicle.The property is secured by an alarm system and the outside area is under video surveillance.There are numerous cycling and hiking trails and plenty of unspoilt nature around the house. Visit the nearby towns of Pula, Rovinj and Vodnjan, to name but a few. The sea invites you with its crystal-clear water and is approx. 17 km away from your holiday accommodation. Enjoy Istrian food in the various restaurants and konobas in the surrounding area (nearest restaurant approx. 4 km away).

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
