Markets, restaurants, pharmacies and other facilities are located 5 km away in Visnjan. The house is situated on its own enclosed property of 4000 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking for more cars, private pool of 25 m2, which can also be heated, with sun loungers,  table and barbeque on their disposal. There are also a playground with sand, toboggan, badminton place and 6 bikes to rent for free. A perfect place for family where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding nature. The owner does not  live on the same property.The house can acommodate 8-10 people  and  consists of two separate units with total living area of 150m2 situated on two floors. There is a apartment for 2-4 persons in the ground floor with  air-conditioned living space with kitchen, dining and living room with a a pull-out couch for 2 persons – all in one space, one bedroom with  double bed and  a bathroom with a tube/toilet.  The other apartment for 6 persons is located on the first floor and consist of a  living space persons, kitcheen and dinning table, one bedroom with double bed,  two bedrooms each with separate beds and bathroom with a tube/toilet . All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
