The Luxury Seaview Apartment is located on a mountain in front of the Ucka Nature Park with a fantastic view of the sea and 2 km from the town of Plomin. All rooms were completely renovated and modernised at the beginning of 2023. They are air-conditioned and have free WiFi. The rooms are equipped with a box-spring bed, a SMART TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The windows and balcony/terrace doors are fitted with mosquito nets. From the rooms you can enjoy a unique view of the island of Cres.The lush and unspoilt nature on Mount Učka invites you to go hiking or cycling. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
