It is on a 1000m² site with a pool in a quiet part of the island, along a road with little traffic in the idyllic village of Kras. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island. The luxurious holiday villa has been classified as five-star by the Ministry of Tourism and provides all the latest conveniences, meeting the highest of standards. It includes under-floor heating and air conditioning in every room, as well and satellite TV. The 300m² of living space can accommodate 7adults The basement has a fully-equipped wellness centre with a heated 17m² pool, a sauna for four people, a relaxation area with loungers and a shower room with a WC. The centrepiece of the house is the spacious living room on the first floor, where there is also a bathroom. The living room comprises an open, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space and a cosy sitting area with comfortable sofas. In between, in the centre of the room, there is a pool table (six holes) . The upper floor has three comfortable bedrooms with double beds (two measuring 180 x 200cm and one measuring 160 x 200cm). Each room has its own bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as separate air conditioning. The whole house features furniture made of solid wood and leather seating The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. 55m² pool with a lounger area and outdoor shower, as well as a children’s playground with a swing, slide and small Wendy house, where children can play to their heart’s content, while the adults make themselves comfortable on the big terrace with garden furniture, a swing and a grill. The indoor and outdoor pool have massage jets and a counterflow system. The play area is fenced. There are four parking spaces on site. The free wireless Internet connection works both in the house and outside in the garden. Very close to the house, just 100 metres away, you can find a little grocery shop. There is a supermarket 3km away. The fact that you are on an island has the advantage that the sea is never far away. It is 4km to the nearest sandy beach in Soline, 6km to the sandy beach at Malinska, and the largest sandy beach on the Adriatic coast is in Baska 15km away. There are also many beaches on the island that are somewhat secluded.The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
