The villa features a terrace, a large garden with homegrown fruit trees, a children's playground, and a pool table. The villa is 800 meters from the first beach. A grocery store is just 150 meters away, and the first restaurant is just 200 meters away. The centre of Opatija is 2.5 km from Villa Ella, while Rijeka is 14 km away. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 25 km from the property. In the courtyard of the villa, there is fenced parking for up to 3 cars. There is a possibility of renting a boat and organising excursions and sports activities.We are quite a distance from our neighbours and we don't even notice them often. There are two good restaurants in the neighbourhood. A grocery market and a bar are only 150 m just around the corner... A first neighbour has a travel agency, so boat renting or boat trip organising is also possible at favourable prices, with the neighbour's discount! A well-known dental office is also nearby.We are a traditional Christian family and prefer guests who appreciate Croatian culture and tradition! Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
