The house looks back on 200 years of history and was completely renovated in 2014. It offers a breathtaking sea view and a lot of privacy. The accommodation is very clean and comfortably furnished. The pool is a great refreshment on the hot days..cleaned every morning. There is also an indoor Dalmatian fireplace specially made for this area.Located 3 km from the beach, surrounded by other old stone houses, mountains and beautiful nature, while the beautiful view extends to the Dalmatian islands, coast and sea, the house has two floors and is very nicely decorated.On the ground floor there is the taverna, known in Dalmatia as Konoba, with a barbecue area, a kitchen and a dining table. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. In the room on the gallery there is an extra bed for 2 children up to 15 years. In front of the house is the terrace with a porch swing, dining table and outdoor pool (heated) with shower and loungers. The parking lot is 150 m from the house.Very quiet hillside location, above the coast of Baška Voda. It is about 2.5 km to the beach. There is a local restaurant Nevera in the immediate vicinity. The beach and shops are downhill in Baška Voda, about 2 km away. Quiet for a stress-free vacation, taverna with grill, traditional restaurant 200 meters away. The beautiful small towns of Baska Voda and Brela are full of entertainment, nightlife and miles of unique and popular pebble beaches, ideal for diving and snorkeling. 5 minutes drive away is center of Baska Voda where you will find everything you need; supermarkets, fruit market, pharmacy, banks and of course many cafes, bars and restaurants offering Dalmatian dishes. For children there are amusement parks and child-friendly beaches.A 15-minute drive away is Makarska, a larger city with great nightlife, cultural facilities and a beautiful seafront.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
