The comfortable flat in Villa Madalena**** is located in the small, historic fishing village of Vrboska on the island of Hvar, one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world. In this detached villa, surrounded by oranges, lavender, rosemary and olive trees, you will find a cosy 2-bedroom flat just 250 m from the village centre and 50 m from the sea.The flat occupies the entire top floor of the villa, so you can fully enjoy your privacy as you are the only guests in the house. The spacious flat has a separate entrance and is suitable for 2 - 4 people. The comfortable flat consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious, airy living room with a sea view and a view of the pine forest, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms and the living room lead directly onto the beautiful terrace. The flat also has a small library with a book for every taste in German, English and Croatian. As the hosts of the villa are authors themselves, you will also find their books in the library. Enjoy an undisturbed and unforgettable holiday in paradise.The 30 m2 terrace is furnished with a large dining table, a bench and three chairs. You can also enjoy the evening sea breeze in the cosy lounge area with upholstered armchairs and a two-seater. Two sun loungers are waiting for you to sunbathe or relax. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
