The renting house with apartments is situated above the family host house, and both houses together between two roads: upper is main road (Adriatic road), down bellow is local road. When you come down to the road, you have only 50-100 meters to the first beach (and supermarket, as there is also the center of the place, bus station, taxi station etc.). On the upper road there is 100 meters distanced intercity line bus station so you can easily come from Split's airport by intercity bus line.Balcony with sunshade and garden furniture, smoking is allowed on the balcony.Brand new renovated studio apartment for 2+1. New kitchen has a big fridge with three deep freeze drawers, oven, induction cooker with 4 rings and a lot of space for passionate cooks. You have toaster, coffe and tea pot and most kitchen accessories for cooking. You have air-condition, flat TV with satelite programs as wel as local programs. In the bathroom you have a hair dryer. From the balcony is a beautiful view to sea, mountain Biokovo and Podgora.

Extra charge for parking is payable directly to the host on the day of the arrival and it is not included in the total price. It is situated out of the house (driving on local street, 100 meters up from the entrance in the house) under the bridge in private parking and the owner will reserve it for you, if you want.The beach is 50-100 meters away, and the supermarket Studenac, and the local bus stop station, and taxi station, and tourist agency for rent-a-bike -scooter - car, excursions, rafting on Cetina river, moneychange, cash machine (ATM), restaurants. Local port is 200 meters away. Makarska is 5 km distanced from Podgora and it is central city of Makarska Riviera. You have few big shop centers at the entrance of Makarska: Kaufland, Lidl, Konzum for shop your groceries.
Makarska Riviera is 60 km long with beautifull peble beaches. You can visit Baška Voda, Brela, Tučepi (the nearest to Podgora), Igrane, Drašnice, Gradac... Bosnia and Hercegivina is 50 km distanced so you can visit Mostar or Međugorje during your vacation, as wel a Dubrovnik (150 km), Split (60 km), island Brač or Hvar (fish piknic excursions). Mountain Biokovo is right back of Podgora city and you can go on the top St. Jure (1762 m) by car easily. There is a Nature Park Biokovo with beautiful views and wild nature all around which will take your breath away.Free wi-fi internet

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
