If you would like to escape from the stress of everyday life into unspoilt nature and enjoy relaxation by the sea, then this remote house is just the right place for you. The house is in a lonesome bay right by the sea, on a large plot of land, where grape vines were cultivated in the past. The bay is only accessible from the sea and you will be completely alone here. Owing to the location on a slope, there are many beautiful beaches below the house. It is in the north of the island of Hvar and about 15km from the nearest populated locality.On the terrace-like outdoor area in front of the house you can find a barbecue chimney with a dining area almost right on the bay. During your stay, you can use a motorboat and a canoe (charges apply). The sea is a few steps away, with two sun loungers.By renouncing modern comfort, you will enjoy complete freedom and the opportunity to spend an unforgettably romantic holiday in the midst of unspoilt nature, in a stylishly furnished house right by the sea. Escape from hectic everyday life and recharge your batteries, by getting back to basics. As the house is in a lonesome bay, one uses water from the collection well. The solar panels supply electricity and warm water throughout the house. The Robinson Crusoe house is suitable for a couple and welcomes you with an open living, dining, cooking and sleeping room, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and shower. The sleeping area has two single beds (each 90 x 180cm) next to each other. A sliding window front allows plenty of daylight in and offers a view as far as the sea. The kitchen provides a sink, a fridge and two gas rings, as well as an espresso machine.There are a restaurant and a supermarket at Camp Mlaska, about 5km from your bay. It is 15 minutes away by hired motorboat (4HP). Note that opening times depend on the season. The restaurant and the minimarket at Camp Mlacka are dependent on the number of guests outside the season, so they are only open if there are enough guests at the camp. Enjoy your time out away from any stress in picturesque and authentic nature.The services and hospitality offered by the owner are special features. He offers free transfers on arrival and departure with a fast motorboat. You can also use a shopping service (charges apply) and the owner is accessible locally at any time via mobile phone. Depending how you arrive, a free parking space is available at the owner’s property on the mainland near Drašnice. It is also possible to pick you up at Split airport.
Important: the little motorboat (with permit) and the canoe must be ordered if possible already at the time of booking! For later reservations no boat may be available anymore. The boat may only be used in stable weather. If the weather forecast is poor, the owner will not make the boat available for safety reasons. You of course only pay for any actual use of the boat. If guests would like, the owner can organize a trip with his boat for a fee.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
