The stand-alone holiday house is in Tijarica in the green and original landscape of the Dalmatinska Zagora, at the heart of Dalmatia. The holiday house is about 100 metres from the local road with little traffic. The natural surroundings around the house are characterized by forested and formerly cultivated areas of land that nature is gradually taking over. Tijarica is a little inland village about 650 metres above sea level. The area features mostly forest, karst and minimal agricultural use. The village has about 750 inhabitants.The ground floor provides access to the terrace with a swimming pool, a pergola and a lounger area. Below the pool terrace there is a small lawn with a grill area, for sociable barbecues. Right behind the house there is a playing court for volleyball or badminton. Cars can be parked free of charge on several private outdoor parking spaces right in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.With around 380m2 of living space, this tastefully furnished accommodation provides ample space for up to ten guests. The big ground floor consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a storage room, a guest WC and a fitness room. Stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed 180cm wide, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bath or shower. The second floor has three further bedrooms with air conditioning and their own bathroom with a large shower. The owner can provide a cot and a highchair free of charge. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. All the rooms have underfloor heating.The beaches of the Makarska Riviera or the Omis Riviera are forty minutes away by car. Start the day with a dip in the big swimming pool, followed by breakfast on the pool terrace. Spend the rest of the day sunbathing and swimming in the crystal clear sea on the Riviera. End the day relaxing with a grill evening and a glass of red wine at the house. The Biokovo nature reserve with a wealth of flora and fauna is just 30 minutes away. Discover its natural beauty by car, bicycle or on foot. The nearby Busko reservoir lake with its dam wall three kilometres long offers a beautiful pebbled beach (Marinovac). You can also enjoy peace and quiet at the house. The large pool invites you to swim, the pool terrace and lawn to sunbathe. Fresh air, the beautiful view and the Mediterranean mountain and valley landscape, combined with privacy, ensure a beautiful holiday and complete relaxation.Fresh bakery items are offered every morning from the travelling baker by the house.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
