Villa Blu: secluded, luxurious holiday home by the sea Ideal for large families or a group of friends looking for a quiet escape, Villa Blu is located next to a nature reserve and just a few steps away from a secluded bay on the Dalmatian coast. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking view from the large sun terrace (40 m2). Villa Blu consists of two residential units (a main house with about 150 m2 and a smaller flat with about 60 m2 of living space) that can sleep 10 to 12 people. In total there are 6 bedrooms (2 with access to the balcony), 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a 40 m2 terrace with awnings, a garage and 2 additional parking spaces, in the middle of a large, old garden with olive, almond, fig and citrus trees. Please note: Good driving skills or a four-wheel drive vehicle are recommended for the remote location of the bay. The last 50 metres are very steep.Villa Blu, top floor (60 m2): 5 bedrooms (8-9 persons: 2 x double beds, 1 x stackable bed with 2 mattresses, 1 x bunk bed, 1 x single bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, WC, wardrobe, built-in cupboards, safe, ceiling fans, wooden floors, 10 m2 balcony. Villa Blu, ground floor (60 m2): Living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, hob with electric and gas hobs, fridge, freezer), satellite TV, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, ceiling fans, wooden floors, 40 m2 sun terrace with awning. Villa Blu, lower apartment (60 m2): 1 bedroom (2 people 1 x large double bed with the possibility of a pull-out bed), living room with open-plan kitchen (oven, hob with electric and gas hobs, fridge, freezer), 1 WC, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, ceiling fans, wooden floors.Villa Blu is only about 30 minutes from Split airport (alternatively 1 hour 15 minutes from Zadar airport). The Unesco World Heritage town of Trogir is 20 km away and Split is about 35 km away (there are many ferry connections from Split to the surrounding islands). The Krka National Park with its famous waterfalls and the Kornati Islands can be reached in one to two hours. The two small towns of Marina and Vinisce are 7 km away. There are large and small supermarkets, restaurants and opportunities to hire sailing or motor boats.Villa Blu is south facing with 180 degree sea view over the Adriatic Sea with islands and lighthouse. Large sliding glass doors on the entire south side guarantee a light-flooded ambience. All windows and exterior doors of this spacious apartment complex have external blinds and fly screens. The rooms have wooden floors and ceiling fans.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
