This apartment is in a block of 5 apartments. This 4th floor luxury apartment (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.The apartment has an area of over 100 square metres giving you space for you and your family. The apartment on the top floor of the forth-story building consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted, wide flat-screen TV and a glass dining table with five chairs. The adjoining fitted kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: a four-zone gas hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Moka coffee machine, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules for a fee) and a 40-inch SMART LED TV with Netflix. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
