Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 7 personen, heeft vier slaapkamers en een badkamer. SLAPPE-AV heeft een DVD-speler. Verder is er een barbecue, een terras en een tuin. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasmachine en een vriezer.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een babybed.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een oven en een vaatwasser.

The name of the house should be the programme of your holiday with us, because SLAPPE - AV means nothing other than "relax; unwind".It is a modern holiday home, newly built by the owner himself (until 2010) near the inland lake Vråvatn and the Vrådal Panorama ski resort. There is a living/dining room with two exits to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the unique landscape. Alternatively, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove, read, watch TV or simply relax in peace after the sauna. With its layout of 4 bedrooms and two toilets, the house is also ideal for two families. A baby cot, high chair and stair gate are available.For the terrace we have plenty of seating, some sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue. When booking/enquiring, please let us know if and what kind of pet you would like to bring.In summer you can swim in the nearby lakes Vråvatn (a quiet little bay with a sandy beach is only 300 metres from the house) or Nisser (approx. 5 km from the house there is a sandy beach with a kiosk, playground and climbing tower), go canoeing, or go hiking, cycling or Nordic walking in the beautiful nature nearby on the many signposted routes. The house is only about 5 km from a 9-hole golf course and about 2 km from the family-friendly Vrådal PANORAMA ski centre. There is a separate, shielded children's area right next to the chairlift. The ski area offers slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. There is also a ski school and cross-country ski runs through the forest and in the mountains. At the top of the ski centre there is a 4 km circuit and a trail to Hægefjell - a nice day trip! Information about the trail network and an overview map are available at the ski centre. If there is enough snow, you will find an entrance to the groomed cross-country ski trails about 50 metres from the house.Nisser and Vråvatn have a rich fish population. There are trout, whitefish, char and perch in the lakes. Trout weighing over 8,000g have been caught, but most are between 150 and 600g. The nutrient content of the water has been significantly improved in recent years through large-scale liming. The trout have a beautiful red flesh and taste delicious. Large fish often come up from the deep waters in mid-September to prepare for spawning. The best fishing time is in June and August. In midsummer, the water is often too warm, so the fish stay at greater depths. Vrådal Fiskelag owns the waters and sells fishing licences for most of Vråvatn, the upper part of Nisser and part of the mountain lakes. Fishing licences can be purchased at the tourist information office, shops and some accommodation establishments in Vrådal. Near Vrådal Panorama there is a fishing pond with released fish. However, this pond is not included in the fishing licence. The fishing licence costs an additional fee. You can find the following activities in the neighbourhood: moose safari, beaver safari, bicycles, pony rides, climbing on Northern Europe's highest climbing tower etc. It is also possible for us to organise a moose hunt for you at the appropriate time of year (end of September/October/November). Just make an enquiry. You can do your everyday shopping in the village of Vrådal. For further information please contact us. Internet access (3000kbps or 0.37 MB/sec) is included in the price and works via WLAN. You will receive the data for access with your travel documents. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
