Laptop, photocopier and telephone wake-up service are available around the clock. Car parking is free and bicycle parking and hire bicycles are available free of charge.

Solar thermal energy is used to heat water and a photovoltaic system is used to generate electricity and heating. At the height of winter, the tiled stove provides the necessary warmth. Art and culture are an additional personal concern for us: many of our own oil paintings in the style of abstract expressionism are intended to delight the eye and heart - a sizeable library invites you to browse. The house has a living room with dining area, a bathroom with shower and WC, a fully equipped kitchen with modern tiled stove and a seating area by the tiled stove. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
