One Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with air conditioning, blinds that open up to the patio, one bathroom with bath and shower.On this floor there is a living area with seating sofas, snooker table, bar and kitchenette all equipped and a terrace with garden furniture.On the ground floor:Consists by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with scenery view, both of them have air conditioning and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The dining room has seats for up 16/20 people and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and a laundry room. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
