After several holidays in Portugal, we fell in love with the friendly people, the delicious food and the beautiful beaches on the Silver Coast. Villa Pampelonne is intended for the real bon vivant who does not like the crowds but does like luxury and would like to undertake all kinds of fun activities just a stone's throw away.Villa Pampelonne was completed in June 2023 andis located 2.5 km from the beach in Sao Martinho do Porto surrounded by meadow and eucalyptus trees. There are all kinds of nice villages and hidden beaches within a 10-minute drive. The bay of São Martinho do Porto, also known as Concha, emerged with the progressive silting of the old lagoon, becoming today a shell-shaped beach of distinct beauty. The Altantic Ocean flows between the Farol and Sant'Ana hills. During the 12th Century, Alfeizerão, which is located right next door, was an important seaport. Today, it is place for families to enjoy their well deserved holiday, with a promenade that runs along the entire beach. The area is very lively during the summer season. Only 17 kilometers away, you can find Nazaré. A nice town, including the old center of Sitio. That part can only be reached by road via a large detour, but can also be reached by a cable tram. This leads straight up the hill to Sitio. This center consists of a maze of streets, almost all of which lead to the large square with cathedral. From the balconies on the edge of the hill there is a view of the lower town of Nazaré. The coastline here is known to surfers for its high waves, caused by the Canyon of Nazaré. Other villages close by are Obidos & Caldas das Rainha. Very impressive and definitely worthwhile to visit. This is a walled town on a dock where time seems to have stood still. The narrow streets are cozy and offer plenty of shade and cooling during summer. From the fortified city there is a beautiful view of the entire area. The two-week medieval market in July is highly recommended. During this event there are horse shows, jugglers, minstrels and knights walking through the city, and medieval dishes are prepared. Also a visit during the Christmas period is famous due to the atmosphere.The nearest town is Caldas da Rainha. This place is known for its pottery and has been declared the capital of the Portugese pottery by the New York Times. A visit to one of the pottery shops is definitely recommended. Every morning there is a market on Praca da Republica where farmers sell their harvest and other delicacies. You can also shop in the old center at well-known and local Portugese shops. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
