The holiday home Aroeira Pool House is located on the Costa da Caparica, just 20km south of Lisbon.The white sandy coast is only 3.5 kilometres from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you will find cafés and shops.The holiday home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (shower), 1 with a double bed and direct access to the garden and 1 with two single beds and also direct access to the garden. There is a second bathroom (shower) in the corridor in front of the bedrooms.The living room is divided into 3 areas. A sofa area with 2 sofas and the flat screen TV, the dining area and the open-plan kitchen area. There is an open fireplace in the corner next to the dining table.The completely renovated kitchen area is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is located outside on the terrace.On the 1st floor you will find another bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and the 5th bedroom also with double bed.The house is set in a beautiful garden surrounded by several terraces with 2 hammocks. You can use the sun loungers around the pool. If you prefer shade, you can sit at a large covered table next to the barbecue area. On particularly hot days, you can place the sun loungers directly in the shallow area of the pool and dangle your feet and hands in the cool water.When you have spent enough days by the pool or on the beautiful beach of the Costa da Caparica, you should visit Sesimbra, a small typical village with very good fish and seafood restaurants. The fish market in Sesimbra is one of the best.From Sesimbra, head towards Serra da Arrábida, through the Arrábida Natural Park and visit Portinho da Arrábida, another very idyllic beach.The road through the Serra da Arrábida offers you some of the most breathtaking views over the coast and the Atlantic Ocean, all the way to the Troia peninsula. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
