A further small bedroom with double bed, satellite TV and large built-in wardrobe as well as direct access to the terrace, garden and whirlpool is also located on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, panoramic window and separate shower and have underfloor heating.On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, adjoining lounge with fireplace and additional sofa bed as well as its own bathroom. Here you will also find a satellite TV and hi-fi system.PropertyFor the more active, the 7,000 square metre, fully fenced property has its own hard-court tennis court (tennis rackets, ball machine and balls are available free of charge, as are bicycles, children's toys, swings and a sandpit. Afterwards, you can cool off in the hotel's own 12 x 5 metre heated pool and relax on the garden loungers or in the hammock. There is also a whirlpool for the perfect sundowner with a marvellous view of the mountains (at an extra charge). Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
