Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over een tweepersoons onderschuifbed en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft een balkon of terras en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met een bidet, een douche, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

The apartment, distributed over 3 floors, has a furnished porch, as well as an interior patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy an evening outdoors.

Upon entering the interior of the property, you will be greeted by the living-dining room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs that invite you to moments of relaxation and entertainment with the TV, as well as a table with chairs for the dining area. This space has air conditioning to make the stay more enjoyable. Next, you can find the gas kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for everyday use, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board for use during your stay. To complete the distribution of the ground floor, they have a toilet. Going up the stairs, you can find the 3 bedrooms that have a closet and fan. In addition, the hallway has an air conditioning system that connects to the rooms. The main room has a double bed, as does the second room, which also has a TV. Regarding the third bedroom, it has a trundle bed with capacity for 2 people. You can also find the bathroom with shower that completes the distribution of this floor.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​urbanizations that have services such as a pharmacy, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the local cuisine of Chiclana de la Frontera. Just 7 minutes by car, you can enjoy the Andalusian coastal area where you can find different restaurants, as well as the extensive Playa de la Barrosa, where you can enjoy a warm and calm day of the Mediterranean climate. To enjoy the center of Chiclana, it is a 9-minute drive away and has a wide variety of shops and bars around the town. A visit to Cádiz is a must at any time of the year, as it offers a wide variety of places to visit and great places to try its delicious cuisine.

Vlakbij Rosamar op zo’n 500 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 1,4 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Rosamar in Chiclana de la Frontera kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
