The villa has 3 bedrooms in the main house and a further 2 bedrooms in the attached flat. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, private heated pool and numerous terraces with beautiful views. In an exceptional location surrounded by almond and olive trees and with magnificent views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is situated on a country road, with a short distance from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some of which are shaded to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room of the main house, on a pay-per-use basis.Large terraces surround the pool, all with magnificent views. There is a large outdoor barbecue with sink for outdoor cooking. There are sun loungers and shaded areas. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees, help yourself!The village of Comares, the most beautiful white village in Axarquia, is charming. It is a 5 minute drive from the villa and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There is also an excellent bar/restaurant and small shop in the hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares and just a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia, such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This region of southern Spain has the best climate in Europe, with excellent temperatures all year round. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and Andalusian life. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about 30 minutes away by car. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views of the Mediterranean is about 1 hour away, and the journey along the coastal road from Nerja to Comares is superb!PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD.Please note that the pool heating is not available from 01 April to 15 November.For holidays for families and groups who want and appreciate these features. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
