Located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, the interior of the property is tastefully decorated, with a simple style and a range of colors that convey peace, as well as designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, will become the ideal place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils so you can cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to resting, they have 3 bedrooms, all of them with a fan and a double bed. In the apartment you will also find a separate bathroom with a shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Finally, if you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 20 minutes by car you will find Valdelagrana beach, very popular for practicing water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle surfing due to the favorable conditions of its sea. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
