There is a living area with a modernly furnished living and dining room, the adjacent kitchen, equipped with all necessities and adjacent to that a glass enclosed room with a fireplace with views of the patio, the pool, the ocean and the mountains. The two bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and built in closets; one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a walk through room, furnished with two sofa beds each accommodating two people (140 x 200 cm). There are two additional beds, which can be placed into the larger bedroom. The maximum capacity of the house is eight people. Furthermore, there is a spacious second bathroom. The two bathrooms offer a sink, a shower, a bidet and a toilet; the larger bathroom also has a urinal. The house has central gas heating, three air conditioning units (dining room, bedroom, tv/bedroom), as well as a sauna, making it a comfortable property year round. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms.It is about 40 minutes to the Malaga airport via the motorway. The closest grocery store is only two kilometres from the house. Sayalonga is a white village. We also recommend a trip to Cómpeta and Frigiliana, Algoborro and Nerja.The property is accessible via mostly tarmacked Campo roads.
