Upon entering, you will find a rustic-style room, with a Majorcan stone wall and high beam ceilings, equipped with air conditioning, where you can watch TV-SAT. Then, you access the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a large table for seven people, and a very cozy area to relax while having an aperitif, with a sofa, an armchair and a wood stove and A/C. The vitro kitchen has everything you need so you can cook your favorite recipes. They have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house, of 120 m2 distributed on the ground floor, has three bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. Two of the rooms have a double bed, and one with two single beds. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.

Ariany is a small rural town with a lot of charm located in the eastern part of the island. The surroundings have a marked rural style and are full of fertile and peasant fields. This idyllic landscape invites you to take long walks in the countryside, go hiking, cycling and explore the beauty of this quiet area of ​​the island, where there are still some mills that decorate the landscape. On the horizon rises the 317-meter "Puig de Bonany" from where you can see a good part of the island of Mallorca: the Sierra de Tramuntana, the Sierra de Levante, the entire area of ​​"Pla de Mallorca" and the Bay of Alcúdia. There is also the small hermitage of Bonany. A beautiful place! Just 20 km away you will find magnificent beaches and coves such as Son Serra de Marina, Cala Millor, etc. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
