Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft twee badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft vier airco's, een barbecue, een tuin en een set tuinmeubelen. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, een ligbad, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

It consists of two floors where all the rooms of the house are distributed. On the ground floor we find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare any dish. Right next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On the same ground floor you will find a spacious dining-living room, where there is a table and chairs sufficient for the capacity of the home, satellite television, stereo and WIFI internet connection for the entire house. Finally, there is also a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all of them doubles and with built-in wardrobes. There is one with a double bed while the other two have two single beds each. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. From the first floor we can also access two large terraces where we can relax reading a book outdoors or sunbathing. It should be noted that the entire house is well furnished and has hot and cold air conditioners that make the place a very comfortable place to spend a few days on vacation.

The exteriors of the house are very beautiful. At the entrance to the house there is a porch and at the back and side a large terrace area with a folding fabric porch and a bit of garden. Highlights include the fixed barbecue and a shower to cool off or wash off the salt as soon as we return from the beach. It is the favorite place for the house's clients and where they spend the most time in the company of friends and family.

The house is located 300 meters from the beach of Colònia de Sant Pere. This town is a small fishing village located in the Bay of Alcúdia and there you can find everything you need during your vacation: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, the small yacht club, banks, pharmacy. It is a traditional coastal town, with a small church in the center of the town and a promenade where you can take long walks watching the sun set behind the mountains.

Near Colònia de Sant Pere there are very interesting and beautiful places, all of them easily accessible by car: Sa Cánova beach, Betlem cove, the Son Real necropolis and the towns of Artí and Capdepera.

This house is, without a doubt, the best place to spend a quiet holiday and discover what this emblematic corner of the island of Mallorca has in store for you. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Vlakbij Can Roig (caldes) op zo’n 500 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 400 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Roig (caldes) in Artà kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
