In the private chlorine pool measuring 9m x 3.5m you will enjoy a pleasant swim whenever you feel like it. It has a depth of 1.65m. After a long day at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool or take an outside shower and relax on the pretty porch. Two sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and a mobile barbecue is ideal for cooking outside. This modern house is fenced and has direct neighbors.

Suitable for 5 people, the accommodation has all the comforts such as ducted air conditioning, satellite TV, etc. Completed in 2014 and with a totally Mediterranean feel, this house will make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The accommodation consists of three double rooms. Two of them are located on the ground floor, with a shared en-suite bathroom but with total privacy, since both bedrooms close independently. One of them has a double bunk bed, ideal for children, and the other has a double bed. The bed under the bunk bed is just a mattress without a box spring. The first floor is all for the master bedroom. When we go up, we find two couches in a space that could easily be used as a second living room, also having a television and a small balcony. If we go towards the front, we will find a double bed and the en-suite bathroom, which have access to a balcony from where you can see the Sa Rá pita Nautical Club and the sea. On the side of the house there is a terrace made of wood, ideal for enjoying a nice evening with friends, preparing a cocktail or whatever you like most.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your lunches and dinners comfortably, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, among other things.

Outside you will find 100 m2 of grass, ideal for children to play and run. At the front, a 50 m2 furnished terrace, ideal for spending the afternoon in the fresh air. And in the back, another smaller one with direct access to the kitchen, with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort.

Sa RÃ pita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty. In its cove, we find three of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Es Trenc, Ses Covetes Beach and Sa RÃ pita Beach. They belong to the municipality of Campos, and are located 37 km from Palma Airport. It has a marina equipped with modern facilities and from its bar and restaurant, right on the beach we can contemplate its beautiful coastline.

In Sa RÃ pita we can enjoy a varied range of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, nautical companies, a marina, among others. You can also choose to visit the city of Palma de Mallorca, where you will find a great tourist, gastronomic and cultural offer. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Vlakbij Can BosquerrÓ op zo’n 600 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 900 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can BosquerrÓ in Campos kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
