Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft drie badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft vier airco's, een balkon of terras, een barbecue, een tafeltennistafel, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, twee douches, een ligbad, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Surrounded by a terrace and a beautiful garden, there is the private chlorine pool with a size of 6 x 10 meters and a depth between 0.8 and 2.1 meters. Sun lovers can rest on one of the 8 sun loungers, either in full sun or under the parasol. Before and after swimming, you can use the outside shower. Under the small porch there is a table with chairs to have a drink and shelter from the sun. At the same time, there is a fixed barbecue there. On the ping pong table you can challenge friends and family and organize exciting tournaments. The plot of this peasant house is fenced and there are neighbors next door.

Inside, the two-story house has simple but comfortable decoration and equipment. The living room with air conditioning, wood stove, satellite television and DVD player is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen has some utensils for preparing simple dishes, including an induction cooker, microwave and oven. Around the dining table, open to the kitchen, 8 people can sit. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, as well as two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The bathroom on the first floor comes with a bathtub and bidet. On request, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, but only two have a closet.

The farm is a bit hidden surrounded by forest. The rural environment is ideal for nature lovers and several paths invite you to explore the surroundings by bicycle. The town of Santanyí is approximately 7 km away. There you will find shops, good restaurants and everything you need for an independent vacation. The town is very picturesque and is best known through a pleasant walk through its cobblestone streets. A car is necessary to be able to move around the island and get to know the eastern beaches, including Cala SantanyÃ, Cala S'Almonia or Cala Llombards. The coastal town of Portopetro or, further south, Colonia de Sant Jordi, invites you to try fresh seafood and fish in one of its restaurants.

The wood oven cannot be used (only the fixed barbecue is usable). For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Es Figueral op zo’n 7 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 6,3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Es Figueral in Campos kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
