Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

The pool is located 85 meters from the house. It is for shared use, chlorine, and measures 12 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.6 meters. Around the pool you can enjoy the summer time on one of the sun loungers, sunbathe, or read a book under the umbrella. Very well-kept gardens that lead us to the terrace of the house. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table suitable for 6 people. Here you can enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors as well as delicious barbecues. The house has other fantastic corners where you can enjoy nature and the summer weather. The property is fenced, there are close neighbors and privacy is partial.

The 155m2 house is distributed over two floors in a traditional architectural style but with all the modern comforts. Upon entering we find a space shared by the dining room, kitchen and living room. In the living room you can rest in comfortable armchairs and a sofa while watching satellite TV, and also warm up next to the wood stove for winter days. In the dining room we find a table for 6 people next to the kitchen area, with gas, and with everything you need to spend a great vacation. The bedrooms are on the first floor. All three have two single beds and a wardrobe. On this floor we also find two bathrooms, both with showers. The house also has central heating for the winter season. Finally, the house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

This beautiful house is located within an ecological farm with more houses separated from each other, an idyllic paradise of nature and sustainability. You will enjoy beautiful gardens in this wonderful environment that is also a starting point for sports lovers. You can walk along the paved paths around the estate, do Nordic-walking, run, cycle, horse ride, golf,... You can enjoy the local cuisine in the towns in the area such as Sineu, Inca, Costitx, as well as visit their weekly markets. Thanks to its central location, you can reach any point on the island in a very short time. The nearest beaches, such as Playa de Muro, are about 20 minutes away by car.

As a general rule and due to the location, in Costitx you may sometimes hear a plane. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Pina - Eco Pina - in Costitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
