The house preserves the typical Mallorcan rural architecture of the 18th century although it was restored in 2000, thus providing wide views of the countryside. On the plot, of about 28,000 m2 that invites you to take long walks, you can breathe a lot of tranquility and it is perfect for a holiday surrounded by nature. The accommodation is ideal for families and groups of friends as it has large outdoor spaces so they can relax and a salt pool, measuring 6.8 m x 2.8 m and 0.90 m to 1.55 m deep, which invites you to take a refreshing dip. Right next door, there are 5 hammocks for sunbathing or relaxing. You can also organize a fantastic barbecue on the terrace, where you will find a table and chairs under an ideal grapevine, also for summer dinners. There is a second outdoor kitchen that still has the wood oven and a fireplace.

Inside, the kitchen-dining room has all the necessary elements and utensils so you can cook your favorite dishes with the fruits and vegetables that you can pick from the farm's garden. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa where you can entertain yourself by watching TV-SAT or playing the board games that are available. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the upper floor. For your rest, there are four bedrooms with air conditioning and views of the patio, three of which have a wardrobe. One of them is on the main floor with two single beds, and the rest are on the upper floor, two with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. A cot and a high chair are available.

The house is 1.8 km from Costitx where you can find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, a medical center, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. If you are astronomy lovers you will like to know that just 2.2 km away is the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca. You may hear planes from time to time but the area is actually very quiet. Located in the center of Mallorca, it makes any corner easily accessible: Palma or the Sierra de Tramuntana, for example, about 40 minutes by car. In approximately 30 minutes, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
