Spend a great vacation in the company of family or friends in this wonderful farm in the middle of the countryside. You can bathe in the beautiful private pool that is chlorine and measures 10 x 4 meters with a depth of 0.8 to 2.05 meters. Around it you can sunbathe on one of the comfortable sun loungers that are complete with an umbrella to provide shelter in the hottest hours. Next to the pool you will find the terrace and porch area that is furnished to spend pleasant evenings with your loved ones or have a drink at sunset in the rest area while you contemplate the beautiful views of the surrounding fields. A little separated from the house we find the barbecue area that is located under a porch and also includes a table to prepare food and cook together. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The 296 m2 house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we find a beautiful and warm living room decorated in a simple way, where we can watch satellite television or simply read a book and relax while cooling off with the air conditioning on hot days. Through an arch we access the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house you can retire to rest in 5 bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower as well as access to a terrace from which to contemplate the views. On the ground floor you will also find a separate shower room that has a sink and toilet. In the basement we find two other bedrooms, both with two single beds, a wardrobe and views of the garden. This floor has another bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you will find the last two bedrooms, both with two single beds and access to the terrace on the first floor where you can also sunbathe on the sun lounger. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. If you are traveling with a baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. The rooms on the ground floor and floor 1 have a/c.

The house is located in the middle of the countryside near s'Horta and Calonge where you can find the basic services for an independent stay. The coast is very close and you can enjoy incredible beaches and coves such as Caló des Pou, Cala Gran, Caló des Corral or Cala Ferrera. The Cala Mondragó Natural Park is also close by and a must-see. If you are a golf lover, the closest course is just 6.9 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 3.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Vlakbij Es Turo De FraÇa op zo’n 3,2 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3,4 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Es Turo De FraÇa in Felanitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
