Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft drie badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft twee airco's, een barbecue en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met drie bidets, drie douches, een ligbad, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Surrounded by countryside and nature landscapes, the exterior of this property has a chlorine pool 10.5 meters long and 5 meters wide, and a depth that ranges from 1.2 to 2.4 meters. The pool area is surrounded by 4 umbrellas and 8 hammocks where you can relax under the warm Mallorca sun. Next to this space you will find a complete bathroom with a shower. The fully furnished covered porch and the two terraces invite you to enjoy meals outdoors thanks to the barbecue that the house has.

The interior of the house, distributed over two floors, has a rustic Mallorcan style that makes it more genuine. A first living-dining room distributed in two different areas begins the ground floor. The living room is equipped with two sofas and two armchairs, ideal for enjoying a relaxing afternoon watching movies on TV, while the dining area has a table with 6 chairs to eat with your companions. This space leads to a gas kitchen fully equipped with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. It is also equipped with a table and 6 chairs. The ground floor is completed with a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, with towel change every 3 days, and two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe each. Each room has a fan to make the stay more comfortable. Going up to the second floor, a second room that distributes to the two remaining rooms equipped with two single beds and A/C each. They have a change of sheets during the stay. The second bathroom is fully equipped with a shower. A last room with two armchairs gives access to a terrace where you can sunbathe. It has a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, if you are traveling with a baby you will have a crib and high chair.

A few kilometers away you will reach the center of the town, full of different bars and restaurants where you can taste its gastronomy and wine production. After 25km, you will reach the coast of Mallorca where you can visit beaches such as Cala Marçal, notable for its crystal-clear waters.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij San Sole op zo’n 5,6 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 6,3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van San Sole in Felanitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
