Surrounded by an area of ​​gravel and very well-kept grass, offering four hammocks and an outdoor shower, it is a beautiful place to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. The terrace is protected by a straw awning, where you can spend romantic moments as a couple while contemplating the clear views of the countryside. If you like to cook outside, you can have a barbecue under the blue sky. This charming villa is detached, fully fenced and private.

Inside, a spacious and bright living-dining room awaits you, where you can watch satellite television or a DVD with the children and spend idyllic family moments while a pleasant fire burns in the wood stove. In the fully equipped ceramic hob kitchen, you can prepare any dish, in addition to offering a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden to take a break from cooking at any time.

Ideal for six guests, this pretty single-storey villa offers two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a trundle bed and a single bed, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. A bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. For cooler days, there are two radiators and more are available on request. The owners have paid a lot of attention to the environment and have installed solar panels.

Located in the countryside, between the urbanizations of Son Mesquida and Son Valls, this wonderful property is near Felanitx. In the town there are supermarkets, bars and everything you need for your stay. At the end of August, the Patron Saint Festivities of Felanitx take place, where you can see the famous Cavallets, a dance group. To take a break, it is advisable to go to the sanctuary of Sant Salvador, accessible by car or bicycle, with panoramic views over the southeast and center of the island.

A few kilometers separate it from the coast and many dream beaches, including Cala Marcal, Cala Ferrera and Cala Mondragó, at the same time a natural park with trails. The fishing village Portocolom is a magical place, with colorful houses next to the shore and small traditional boats, the so-called llaüts. Here you can eat very good quality seafood and fish. When you walk through the alleys, have a coffee in a small bar and with the sea breeze on your nose, you will feel the authentic taste of Mallorca. For those who want to dance and have a drink at night, Cala D'Or, especially in summer, is a lively place with endless leisure possibilities. Indeling

Vlakbij Son Fred op zo’n 3,8 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3,6 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Fred in Felanitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
