The exterior of the property is surrounded by countryside with native trees and is ideal for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the shared chlorine pool is perfect for you to cool off in the summer months. It has dimensions of 10mx5m and a depth that ranges between 1.70m and 1.80m and is protected for the little ones. You can also relax sunbathing on one of the sun loungers or have a drink at the outdoor table while enjoying the views it offers. Another table is located at the entrance, with two chairs to relax reading a book while enjoying nature. In the door behind you, there is a chapel that is at your disposal whenever you wish. Keep in mind that you have neighbors and privacy is partial.

The interior of the property, with a typical style of a Majorcan estate and with stone walls, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Their one-story apartment has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. At bedtime, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a fan, oil heating and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the room. They can use the washing machine. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The location of Son Mesquida is ideal as it is located in a very quiet area and with access by car to many important points on the island. Just 10 minutes away you can reach Felanitx, a popular destination for both tourists and local residents. It is characterized by its traditional Mallorcan architecture, with narrow, cobbled streets that invite you to take a relaxed walk. You cannot leave without visiting the Sanctuary of San Salvador, located on a nearby hill that offers impressive panoramic views of the surroundings. If you prefer a day at the beach, just 20 minutes away you will find coves such as Cala d'Or, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal or Cala Mondragó, all of them with crystal clear waters and perfect for sunbathing on their white sand. You cannot leave without tasting typical dishes such as Mallorcan fried food, roast suckling pig or Mallorcan soups and it is also famous for its wines, with several wineries that offer tastings and tours.

Pool hours are until 9:00 p.m. in July and August and until 8:00 p.m. in September and October.
Please note that there are cats on the property. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Vlakbij Son Mayol 2 op zo’n 1,8 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 6,4 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Mayol 2 in Felanitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
