Dit vakantiehuis voor 12 personen heeft zes badkamers, zeven slaapkamers en beschikt over tien eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft vijf airco's, drie balkons of terrassen, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met vijf douches, een ligbad, zes toiletten en zes wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

The exterior of the villa is fantastic to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate, cooling off in the private 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.10 and 1.90m or sunbathing and relaxing on one of the sun loungers. You can also eat or have a drink with your companions on the ground floor porch. On the first floor they also have a small balcony where you can enjoy the views or have a drink. Please note that there are neighbors around and privacy is partial.

This villa is distributed over two floors with independent entrances, therefore, it is perfect for you to enjoy a vacation with your family or friends without giving up certain moments of privacy and tranquility. Both have a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV and an open induction kitchen with everything you need so you can cook your favorite recipes. At bedtime they have 7 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds, two of which are completed with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub respectively. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms on the ground floor are equipped with AC. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, two with two single beds and equipped with a radiator and ceiling fan and a third with a double bed equipped with AC and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower completes each floor. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.

In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The thermos works with solar panels.

Cala Ferrera is a small bay located in the town of Cala d'Or on the southeast coast of the island. It is known for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere and is surrounded by crystal clear waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling or simply strolling along the shore. You can head to Cala D'Or which is less than 1km away and offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars to explore. The marina is one of the liveliest places, where you can admire the yachts and enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurants overlooking the sea. If you prefer, you can visit SantanyÃ, famous for its weekly market and its impressive church. Another option is to explore the Cabrera National Park, an archipelago located off the coast of the island where you can discover Mediterranean flora and fauna. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Indeling

Vlakbij Villa Blanca op zo’n 300 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 100 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Villa Blanca in Felanitx kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
