The exteriors of this property, measuring approximately 28,000 m2, are completely dreamlike, from the pool, through the garden and its fantastic porches, to the beauty of the construction wrapped in stone. In front of the entrance of the house they find a landing where they can sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings, becoming a setting that seems taken from a movie. The pool is ideal for swimming both day and night as it has lights inside. It has dimensions of 12 m x 4 m, a depth of 1.10 to 1.70 m, is chlorine and is equipped with 10 sun loungers. Next to it, the porch, equipped with a gas hob, barbecue and dishwasher, invites you to have lunch or dinner with the family and relax in the wicker armchairs.

The house is completely new and designed with unbeatable taste and decoration. Its views over the countryside and the forest from the interior do not leave anyone indifferent. It has a living room with satellite television and air conditioning; a dining room with an exclusive design with space for many diners; a magazine kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you may need; and a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms with two single beds (one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower) and an outdoor bathroom are located on this same floor. Going up the stairs, there are the three remaining bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and one with a double bed; as well as the three remaining bathrooms, all of them with shower and en-suite. All rooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning, and two of them have access to a terrace and the possibility of accommodating up to two cribs and two high chairs. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Only 70 meters away you reach the road that connects Portocolom with Felanitx, so you may sometimes hear its noise, although this is actually beneficial since you can easily access it and go to any area in a short time, and all the services and shops will be very close to you. For beach and paradisiacal cove enthusiasts, the location is perfect since it is a coastal area of ​​the island, including coves such as Cala Marçal, Cala Murada or Cala Domingos. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
