Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft drie badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Can Gual heeft twee verwarmingen. Verder is er een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, een douche, twee ligbaden, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

It has four large rooms, two of them are on the first floor while the other two are on the ground floor of the house. The spacious main room with the private terrace of 23 m2 is spectacular. On the terrace you can have a glass of wine or champagne while you contemplate the beautiful garden. The room has a large bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a dressing room and a 'porthole', a light point, which gives the room a special harmony. The porthole can be covered so that the sun does not bother you in the morning. The second room, also very spacious, has two single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house. One of them, overlooking the pool, has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. The other room has two single beds. The four bedrooms are equipped with a fan.

Each and every part of this house has a special detail. It has a living-dining room decorated with unique pieces of marble and figures hand-carved from stones from the Tramuntana Mountains. There is a large table for up to 16 people (the table can be extended, it is very easy to use) and also two comfortable sofas. Additionally, there is another living room with fireplace and satellite television and a dining room next to the kitchen with direct access to the garden, both independent.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need so you can calmly cook some good Mediterranean meals; blender, toaster, juicer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub and bidet, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.

The exteriors of the house are phenomenal. The ground floor terrace with a porch and more than 200m2 of grass has two tables and up to 14 chairs so you can organize your summer lunches and dinners with friends and family. There is a barbecue that invites you to have a good barbecue. On the grass surrounding the spectacular pool, there are 6 hammocks and 2 parasols with 3 armchairs so you can enjoy sunbathing or taking a good nap. In the garden there is a pond with fish and a waterfall that starts automatically so that while you have dinner you can relax listening to the sound of the water falling between authentic sea stones. The spectacular pool of more than 30m2 has water jets, benches to relax, there is also a part of the pool that only has a depth of 0.45 so you can enjoy playing with your children without worrying about the depth. There is an outside bathroom with a shower.

The Inca area is in the center of Mallorca and is known for its manufacture of leather garments. Just 20 minutes by car you will be on the beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia. You are in the center of everything. Just 1.3km away you will be on a large pedestrian and commercial street in the center of Inca where you can find everything from traditional stores selling typical products to well-known brand stores. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. Indeling

Vlakbij Can Gual op zo’n 1,2 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 300 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Gual in Inca kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
