This charming house on the outskirts of Inca welcomes 6 guests.
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the chlorine pool, measuring 13 x 4 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres, and it blends perfectly into the rural landscape. The terrace features a table and chairs so you can enjoy outdoor meals, especially barbecues prepared with the available mobile barbecue. The entire outdoor space creates an ideal atmosphere for relaxed breakfasts or long after-meal gatherings.The interior of the house is distributed over two floors and combines spaciousness and brightness. The large living room is equipped with two sofas and satellite TV. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and is integrated with an indoor dining area with a dining table, and it also includes all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. On this same floor there is also a guest toilet, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, all with air conditioning, oil heating and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed and offers direct access to a balcony, while the third and final bedroom has two single beds. A full bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.The location is ideal for discovering the interior of the island. Just a few minutes away is Inca, a lively city with supermarkets, shops and restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan cuisine. On Thursdays, its traditional market fills the town centre with life and local products. For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, Puig de Santa Magdalena offers spectacular views, and the Lluc Monastery invites you to enjoy a cultural visit in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana. If you prefer the sea, Port d’Alcúdia is just 25 km away, perfect for cycling routes, seaside walks and wide beaches with crystal-clear waters where you can relax or enjoy a cocktail at sunset.We kindly ask for responsible use of energy: 18 kW/h per night are included in the price, but an extra charge will apply for additional consumption. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

De aanbetaling is 30% van de huursom en eventuele afgesloten verzekeringen. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen negen weken, dan moet het volledige bedrag in één keer worden betaald.
