The exteriors of this property are dreamlike. It has 1 salt pool of 50 m2 with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from daily routine and stress. In the surrounding area there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. Outside you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the pool one. On the main floor you can enjoy a fantastic 10 x 5 m furnished porch where you can share unforgettable evenings outdoors with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the little ones in the house can play safely, although always under the supervision of an adult. The property's fixed barbecue is in the building located in the pool area. There it also has a large kitchen-dining room, 1 full bathroom and 1 laundry area. Thanks to this second building you will be able to share endless conversations with your loved ones and have more direct access to the pool and its surroundings.

The 290m2 house distributed over 2 floors has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a double bed, and 3 on the 1st floor (1 with a double bed and en suite, 1 with a bunk bed and 1 with a trundle bed; all of them with air conditioning). There is availability for 1 crib. There are 4 full bathrooms that serve the entire house, 1 on the ground floor with a shower and the remaining 3 on the 1st floor (1 with a hydromassage bathtub, 1 en suite and a hydromassage shower, and 1 with a hydromassage shower). The air-conditioned living-dining room is ideal for relaxing watching satellite TV (German and French channels) or reading a good read. The dining room is the ideal place to share lunches and dinners with your loved ones. The kitchen, independent and gas, has everything necessary to prepare any dish you propose. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has oil heating.

It is well connected so that in a few minutes you can reach the town of Inca where you will find everything you need, such as a wide variety of shops, restaurants, a traditional market every Thursday, etc. At the same time, in the surroundings of the estate there are small paths along which it is a delight to walk and you can take small excursions on foot or by bicycle that are very entertaining, such as going up to the Puig de Santa Magdalena where you will find a magnificent viewpoint of the entire island, a small hermitage from the 13th century and a restaurant where you can finish this typical excursion, as well as other excursions that will take you through small valleys of the Serra de Tramuntana (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) or along long paths to the area known as Es Pla de Mallorca, the flattest area, but which is rather undulating due to its small peaks and hills.

Vlakbij Can Rovey op zo’n 3 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Rovey in Inca kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
