Just a two-minute walk from the beach and the harbour, this house lets you enjoy the authentic seaside atmosphere and relaxed village life. It features a lovely private terrace with sun loungers, perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing.The interior is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living–dining area equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The separate ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook comfortably and feel right at home. This floor also offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available for your convenience. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with double beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes, providing ample space for your belongings. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request. A second bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor.The house also offers fans throughout the property, allowing you to place them wherever you prefer for extra comfort.Porto Cristo is a charming coastal village on the east of the island, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and surrounded by clear-water beaches and easily accessible coves. On foot, you can reach bars, restaurants and supermarkets with ease. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the famous Drach Caves, a spectacular natural attraction not to be missed. For those who enjoy walking or cycling, the area offers a variety of scenic and tranquil routes, such as the trail to the Ermita de Artà or the Cala Ratjada lighthouse, among many others. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

De aanbetaling is 30% van de huursom en eventuele afgesloten verzekeringen. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen negen weken, dan moet het volledige bedrag in één keer worden betaald.
