The salt pool outside offers magnificent views over the island. The pool is made of salt and measures 5 x 4 meters, while the depth is 1.6 meters. Next to it we have comfortable sun loungers to relax after bathing. The terrace on the ground floor has a comfortable table where you can enjoy delicious dishes during your vacation. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.

The interior of the two-story house boasts a rustic style that blends beautifully with more modern elements. On the ground floor we find the dining room - with air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD -; the wonderful kitchen with induction hob and access to the dining terrace; a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning; and a bathroom with shower. Following the relief of the mountain, the house extends to the lower level where we have two other bedrooms, both with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom - one with a bathtub and the other with a shower - and access to the terrace where you can lie down on the sun lounger and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The house is equipped with oil central heating and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

Mancor de la Vall is a beautiful town located at the foot of the mountains, which has the essential services to enjoy an independent stay. Just 5 km away is Inca, a town that offers a wide variety of shops and services, including a traditional market that takes place every Thursday. Mancor is also an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle, such as to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the famous Campanet Caves. If you want to visit the beach, the closest is 28 km away, the impressive beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
