Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft drie airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche, een ligbad, twee toiletten en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

You can enjoy the best family vacations in this wonderful country house and especially outside. The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 4 meters, has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters and guarantees a refreshing swim after a day at the beach or visiting the island. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the huge and comfortable porch with views of the mountains. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside, the house extends along a single floor in a modern, cozy and light-filled style. From the porch you can access the huge living room where you can rest on the comfortable sofa while watching Sat-TV. There is a second living room with a sofa and another television. The star of the house is undoubtedly the kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook during your vacation, and with a huge and comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your best dishes in the company of your loved ones. The house also offers a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The rest area is made up of three beautiful bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other two with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. In addition, we can provide you with a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby. The house has AC with heat pump in all rooms and the windows are protected from the sun's rays with screen blinds. In the garage, they have tools and hooks for their bicycles in case they want to take cycling routes in the area.

The house is located very close to Muro, where you can find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Muro, an incredible long beach with white sand and turquoise waters, and one of the best on the island, without a doubt. But you can visit other interesting places from the house such as Alcúdia, Pollença or the Tramuntana mountain range. If one day you feel like playing golf, the closest course is Pollensa, 16.3 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Sastre (figuerola) in Muro kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
